Due to a shortage of skilled hemodialysis nurses and technicians nationwide, coupled with my working relationships with dialysis providers, it only made sense to help fill the void by establishing “Dialysis Staffing Plus” to bridge the gap between the best talent and dialysis companies.
I am here to serve you, with over 25 years of experience in the dialysis industry as a technologist and a licensed hemodialysis educator. I’m well versed in clinician perspectives and how to deliver outstanding patient care that meets the needs of physicians and health organizations.
I am also the Executive Director of Dialysis 4 Career, a school of hemodialysis, licensed and registered with the New York State Education Department.
